It's official: Steve Ballmer, former Microsoft CEO and now owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, is the most excited man there ever was.

Back in August when he made his first public appearance as owner during the Clippers Fan Festival in LA, Ballmer showed that same wild side of himself that we've come to know and love.

You may remember that Ballmer took over the Clippers after longtime owner Donald Sterling's racist remarks were made public. Ballmer left Microsoft last February and has an estimated net worth of $20 billion.
