Woopah! This Friends-Inspired Glossary on Google Defines Phalange, Unfloopy, and More
Friends is celebrating its 25th anniversary on Sept. 21 — yep, 25 years of Phoebe's songs, Chandler's self-deprecating jokes, and Rachel's most fashionable '90s looks. In honor of the iconic sitcom's anniversary, Google is celebrating the entire weekend with a few hidden Easter eggs of the cute and hilarious variety that would totally make Gunther smile.
The special Friends-themed Easter eggs include an unofficial Friends glossary à la Urban Dictionary that generates definitions to all of your favorite terms, including "phalange," "mississippily," "unfloopy," and "fancy guest" (One of 11 varieties of towels, along with "Everyday Use." Not to be confused with "Fancy" or "Guest" towels).
You can also search the name of any Friends character ("Rachel Green" or "Rachel Friends") and a clickable cartoon icon will appear in their knowledge panel, generating animated graphics and noises only true fans of the show will understand. So keep reading for a sneak peek at the fun Google Easter eggs, and try searching some of the show's characters for yourself for a laugh.
