A rotisserie chicken costs about $10, an avocado costs $1, and a dozen organic eggs cost $4. After a few years of regular grocery shopping, individuals acquire a set of knowledgeable skills regarding the prices of staple items. People who might not have those skills? Hmm, probably someone like Bill Gates.

The hilariously naive billionaire appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where the host tested his knowledge on everyday grocery items with a game of "Bill's Grocery Bills." It's been some time since the founder of Microsoft shopped for his own groceries, but with the help of the audience, his guesses of the prices weren't too far off. That is, until a bag of beloved Totino's Pizza Rolls came into question, and the crowd was left in complete shock with his pricey answer. Ellen put him to the test and couldn't hold back her laughs, but secretly, we're all a little thankful that our favorite after-school snack doesn't cost $22.
