I recently decided to try this Anastasia Beverly Hills brow product on a 97-degree day. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully this waterproof pomade filled in my brows. It was much quicker and easier to use than a pencil and the hot humid weather did nothing to my perfectly sculpted brows.
