The Internet Loves This Teen Who Appeared on Dr. Phil So Much That She's Now a Meme

Last year, we had Damn Daniel and his white Vans. This year, we have "How Bow Dah," thanks to the internet, of course. Confused? Let us explain how a 13-year-old girl became the internet's new favorite meme.

The newest meme comes from a Dr. Phil episode from last year, where a teen explains why she's so out of line and refuses to listen to her mom. The show uploaded several different clips of the episode to YouTube, including one where the teen, named Danielle, says something that Dr. Phil can't understand. She says, "Catch me outside, how about that?" However, the internet had a little trouble understanding her as well (Danielle says her accent is from "the streets"), so they quickly translated that to "Cash me outside, how bow dah?" Danielle's line is now taking over the internet and people are using her words to express any feeling, even earnest ones.

Still confused? Take a look at some of our favorite "How Bow Dah" memes ahead. You might find yourself thinking Danielle's words are pretty applicable to any situation.

People are earnestly using Danielle's words to ask the right questions . . .

. . . Especially about love.

Some people are using it to describe their college woes.

Others are using Danielle as makeup inspiration.

No one is safe from Danielle's threat.

Not even the church is exempt from using memes.

. . . like on a Valentine's Day card.

. . . and even Salt Bae.

Someone even made a song out of it. . .

. . . and it's extremely catchy.

It's the perfect response to any text.
