An Artist Is Taking Plate Art to a Whole New Level on Instagram

A photographer on Instagram is giving a whole new meaning to "playing with your food." London-based photographer Lauren Purnell creates stunning compositions out of her leftover food, and we're mesmerized. From birds to Pooh Bear, the level of detail that she is able to produce with pieces of food is insane. Currently, she only has 2,500 followers, but her popularity will most likely skyrocket. We're undecided if Lauren's plate art is more adorable than all those pet Instagrams that keep cropping up, but you'll have to decide that for yourself.
