An Artist Combined Disney Princesses and Dinosaurs, and It's Amazing

While very few combinations can top Jurassic World with cats, we might've found one that's even better — velociraptors as Disney princesses. One artist created these Velociprincesses, the perfect duo of dinosaurs just trying to find their Prince Charming.

The creations are all inspired by everyone's favorite/terrifying memory from childhood: Jurassic Park and now Jurassic World. The China-based artist behind the series, Laura Cooper, actually came up with the idea to try to make the dinosaurs more friendly. "Seeing the raptors on screen [in Jurassic World] was just too much for me to handle," she said to Mashable. "I kept thinking about how they just ate everything! All the people were getting eaten! What if they were princesses?!"

Of course, seeing the raptors as princesses is much more pleasant and makes me remember the entire movie series in a new light. Ahead, you can check out the Velociprincesses collection that Cooper posted on Imgur with the captions just as she wrote them. Want to see more of her work? Bookmark her website.
